About Eden

Founded by a black queer stripper, Eden was created to celebrate, uplift, and center the people who built pole dance as we know it today.

As the first pole studio in Los Angeles with an all current and former $tripper instructor lineup, we are proud to be a $tripper-led space. In an industry that has often benefited from the labor, artistry, and innovation of $trippers while distancing itself from the people behind it, Eden is committed to keeping $trippers at the center of the conversation.

We believe lived experience matters. The people who shaped this art form carry knowledge that cannot be replicated, and their contributions deserve to be recognized, respected, and preserved.

Eden is a sanctuary for sensual movement and expression. A place where people can explore movement without shame, connect with their bodies on their own terms, and embrace the full spectrum of their sensuality.

We welcome people of all races, sizes, gender expressions, sexualities, and backgrounds, and believe that movement should be accessible to all, especially to those most marginalized.

Above all, we honor the lineage of this art form and the people who made it possible. We honor $trippers as artists, educators, innovators, and pioneers.
