Class Offerings

  • This beginner class is designed for those brand new to pole or curious to explore sensual movement. Whether you’re reconnecting with your body or discovering something new, Intro to Pole offers a slow, intentional introduction to foundational pole technique, (spins, transitions, and floorwork) woven with elements of sensual expression and flow.

    • Lvl: Beginner

    • Pre-req: None

  • This class is your introduction to spin pole. Dancers will learn safe grips, foundational spins, and body positioning, while exploring how to smoothly piece tricks together into flowing spin sequences.

    Perfect for those new to spin pole or anyone looking to touch up and add more fluidity to their base. Not for students who have never taken a pole class before

    Students may take class barefoot or in $tripper heels

    • Lvl: Beginner

    • Pre-req: Dancers must have taken at least 5 intro to pole classes if they have never poled before to participate.

  • A gentle introduction to pole tricks and shapes. In this class, you’ll learn foundational spins, tricks, climbs, and transitions while building familiarity with the pole and confidence in your movement. Designed for true beginners and those returning to basics, Beginner Tricks offers a supportive environment to explore pole at a comfortable unrushed pace.

    • Lvl: Beginner

    • Pre-req: Dancers must have taken at least 3 intro to pole classes if they have never poled before

  • Sensual Flow is an all-levels pole class centered on slow, fluid movement and deep body awareness.

    Through breath, music, and gentle sequencing, we’ll explore waves, hypnotic low flow sequences, sultry floorwork and transitions that encourage softness and connection. Whether you’re here to reconnect or reclaim, this class is your invitation to return to your body’s Eden.

    $tripper heels or socks required. Layers and kneepads encouraged

    • Lvl: Open level

    • Pre-req: Dancers must have taken at least 5 intro to pole classes if they have never poled before to participate.

  • A love letter to $tripper heels. In this class dancers will work on confidence, control, and flow through foundational heel technique. We’ll break down the essentials like walks, pivots, glides, some edgework, and weave them into smooth, slinky sequences.

    $tripper heels required

    • Lvl: Open level

    • Pre-req: dancers must have taken at least 10 intro to pole classes and must be very comfortable with basic grips, transitions, and pirouettes

  • Heelography is a pole choreography class where dancers will learn choreographed movement sequences set to music. This class will help you highlight your personal expression and stage presence. You’ll learn how to move with confidence in a way that blends technical pole skills with performance, focusing on musicality, timing, and movement retention.

    $tripper heels required. Kneepads recommended

    • Lvl: Intermediate

    • Pre-req: Dancers must have at least 4 months of consistent pole practice to participate

  • This class supports dancers ready to deepen their relationship with spin pole. You’ll work through spin combos, climbing pathways, grounded inversions, and introductory aerial invert progressions (aerial inverts may be explored but are not required). We’ll focus on clean transitions, controlled sequencing, and moving with clarity and ease.

    Option to take class barefoot or in $tripper heels

    • Lvl: Low intermediate and up

    • Pre-req: Dancers must have a solid climb, have their jasmine and jamila, can invert from the ground or are currently working on their inverts

  • Designed for intermediate and advanced dancers, in this class you’ll learn a mix of dynamic basework sequences and tricks (on static pole) that prioritize precision, flow, and connection to the ground. Expect to level up your basework vocabulary.

    $tripper heels and kneepads recommended

    • Lvl: Intermediate and up

    • Pre-req: Dancers must be comfortable with basic climbs, grips, descents, and pirouettes, and at least 6 months of consistent pole experience

  • This class is designed for dancers ready to level up their spin, flow, strength, and endurance. You’ll explore higher-intermediate spins, intricate transitions, and longer combinations that require control, stamina, and strong technique. We’ll focus on momentum, intentional pathways, and seamless sequencing to help you refine your movement and expand your artistry.Option to take class barefoot or in $tripper heels

    • Lvl: High intermediate and up

    • Pre-req: dancers must have a strong foundation on spin pole and be able to invert aerially

Courses

  • A gentle, grounded introduction to pole dance that’s designed for those stepping into pole for the very first time.

    This 4-week progressive pop-up series offers a slow, supportive entry into pole dance fundamentals. Over the course of four weeks, dancers will be guided through foundational pole shapes, basic transitions, and introductory movement concepts, with plenty of time to explore, ask questions, and build familiarity with the pole.

    This series is ideal for brand new dancers, those curious about pole but unsure where to start, and anyone wanting a low pressure, structured introduction.

    Dates: 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28

    Pre-req: No experience needed

  • This Intermediate Lvl 3 series is designed for dancers ready to deepen their relationship with pole through layered movement, sustained exploration, and intentional progression. 

    Over six weeks, dancers will explore longer flows, movement phrases, and integrated conditioning within a supportive, progressive structure. 

    Each week builds on the last, inviting dancers to settle into complexity, refine transitions, and develop endurance and confidence in extended sequences. Designed for dancers who are ready to explore pole as a full-bodied, continuous practice.

    Dates: 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 3/1, 3/8

    When: Sunday 10:30 am

    $300 (split payment option available)
